I can’t remember my username or password for the Tutor Manual.

It is the same for every level that you own. It was sent to you by email when you ordered your first digital level. If you need it resent, contact us.

How do I use my All Digital levels?

To see all of the great features of the online viewer, watch this video or view our short-cut guide.

Can I print the tutor manual?

No. You can only view it online.

Can I put the Student Pages on my iPad or Android tablet instead of printing them?

Yes. I can send you an unprotected PDF file of the student pages. You can then open it on an iPad or Android tablet with any PDF reader program, so that your student can draw or type his answers directly on those PDF pages. If you want an unprotected PDF file of the Student Pages, contact us.

I am a traveling tutor. Can I view the tutor manual in a place with no internet connection?

Yes, but while you ARE connected to the internet, you must choose one or more levels for “offline viewing.” And your computer must have a lot of memory for that feature to work properly.Also, you must connect to the internet at least once a week to continue to be able to use them offline.

How do I get a Word Frame for Level 2?

A Word Frame is a 4” by 6” index card with a rectangular hole in the middle of it.  I recommend using a colored index card (such as light yellow, light blue or light green), or you can create one from thick construction paper.

How do I get a Franklin Spell Checker, which is needed in Level 4 and higher levels?

We will send you one, through the mail, when you order Level 4 from us. Please keep it because you will need it every higher level.

Can I sell my All Digital version to someone else when I am done with it?

No – the All Digital version is non-transferable.

I don’t like this All Digital version. Can I switch to the physical product?

Yes. If during the first two weeks of using the All Digital version, you decide you would prefer the physical product, we will ship it to you – and charge you only our shipping fee. You will be allowed to continue to use the All Digital version until the physical product is delivered.

What if I have questions while tutoring? Do you answer tutor support questions?

Yes. We offer free tutor support. Contact us with your questions.
