Barton Reading was life saver for my grandson who is now 14.
At the end of the first grade, he could not read, write or spell. He was starting to be bullied by other students and the principal just wanted to get rid of him.
We knew his issues (his Mom is dyslexic). She did her research and found Susan Barton. We flew to California for the week long seminars she used to hold on how to use the system.
I started home schooling him immediately. In just 5 weeks he was starting to read, write and spell and it has been onward and upward since then.
He is a great public school student now but we still have to fight the system for appropriate accommodations. Don’t give up!!!! This kid is brilliant and proving it every day. Thank you Susan!!!
